Where is my order?

To check the status of your order, log in to your account from our website. Click on ‘My Orders’ to check the status of your ongoing or previous orders.

 

You will be able to track your order from our website or via a tracking link sent to you as soon as the order is shipped. If your order has been shipped and you still cannot track it, we would request you to wait for 12 hours before trying again. In rare cases, it might take the courier partner longer to generate a tracking link.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once placed?

You can cancel your order within one hour of placing the order on the website. You will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped.

Cancellation of orders that have already been shipped will be carried out in accordance with our Returns Policy. A complete refund will be initiated for prepaid orders that are cancelled within one hour of placing the order on the website. The money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Do you allow returns?

You can only raise a Return / Replacement request for the same product if the product delivered to you has been damaged in transit, is wrong or has been delivered in a damaged package. A replacement request cannot be placed for a different product, an exchange of a product will not be permitted under any circumstances.

You may place a request of receipt of a damaged/ defective Product no later than 48 hours from the day you receive the product. To exchange damaged, defective or wrongly delivered items, contact Our customer service team through any of the channels below:

Do you allow refunds?

Yes. Refunds are allowed on all returned orders once they pass the quality assessment. Once the order is picked up, all refunds, if any, will be credited to your account in 7 working days.

When will my order ship?

All domestic orders, once processed are shipped within 7 working days.
